I understand that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after this session, for all times to come, including any choices and decisions that are taken during and after this service. I understand that this service or the advice given in this service is not meant to replace any psychological, legal, medical, or other professional services or advice.
It does not affect my decision around any medical treatment that I am undergoing/I plan to
undergo. My mental, physical, emotional, financial and psychological health is completely my
responsibility from the moment I make the payment. I will not hold Soul Miracles and Dr. Manmeet Kumar or any other director or employee responsible in any way for anything that may happen to my life, my body, my job, my relationships, or any circumstances foreseen or unforeseen- before, during or after the service is taken.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Cancellation and adjustment: In case you are not able to join the session, do not worry. Let us know 24 hours before your session date and we will be happy to adjust this to a mutually agreeable date within 45 days of the original date (after which it expires). This goes for us as well, in case of an emergency if we cannot hold a session, we will keep you posted 24 hours in advance. This information must be sent in writing to manmeet@gmail.com and messages on 9811626045.
- Refund: There is no refund or transfer policy.
- Recordings: Session recordings are given in a few cases and is not a mandate.
- Please check with us in case your session has a recording. Soul Miracles is not liable for any technical glitch in case the recording is faulty or any other technical problem. You are advised to check with the team and download within 24 hours of receiving it. Soul Miracles LLP may modify this policy or act in any other legal or reasonable manner as each case may demand, with a clear focus on enforcing discipline in a fair, lawful & compliant manner. In the event of doubts regarding this disclaimer or its terms and conditions, I agree to seek clarification from DR. MANMEET KUMAR, CEO, SOUL MIRACLES LLP. Following clarification, I commit to promptly adhering and implementing the decisions and guidance related to it as communicated by DR. Manmeet Kumar, CEO, Soul Miracles LLP.
- Any legal proceedings will happen in Haryana Courts.
